Outdoorsmen Who Care

CJ Coudriet Elk Hunt

Using The Outdoors To Lift Up Others During Hard Times

Our organization was created with one mission in mind, to help lift up others. An idea born from the passion of a true outdoorsman, CJ Coudriet. At age 12 CJ was diagnosed with a rare cancer that brought on a tough 2 year long battle against cancer.

He was overwhelmed with support from family, friends, businesses, organizations, and so many others. Now, CJ is on a mission to return the favor, to lift up others when times get tough and give them something worth fighting for.

CJ’s Journey

CJ’s journey began in June 2023 when a pain in his stomach revealed Stage 3 Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare pediatric cancer.

He endured over 90 days in hospitals, more than 50 blood transfusions, and countless treatments at CHOP and Janet Weis. Despite fevers, infections, weight loss, and exhaustion, CJ celebrated his 13th birthday in the hospital and never lost hope.
