Dream Outdoor Experiences
We want to provide meaningful outdoor experiences to disabled veterans of any age and children ages 10 – 21.
Outdoor experiences we are providing at this time are Whitetail hunts, Pheasant hunts, and Walleye fishing trips.
Awarding Our First Dream Outdoor Experience
Our organization launched at the end of 2024 and throughout 2025 we held a few events to start raising money. Our first few events have been successful and have allowed us to start taking applications for dream outdoor experiences.
We are now taking applications to award our first dream outdoor experience.
We are looking for disabled veterans of any age or sick/disabled children between 10 – 21 years old.
Uplifting Outdoors
Uplifting Outdoors is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 organization. All proceeds and donations are used towards providing dream outdoor experiences to disabled veterans and/or sick/disabled children. All information obtained through this application is considered confidential and is solely used Uplifting Outdoors for the evaluation of candidates.
This is only an application and not a guaranteed outdoor experience. Uplifting Outdoors will contact applicants upon receiving their application.

In order to be considered for a hunt, you must first fill out and mail in this application to us. After your application has been mailed in, it will then move towards approval from our Board Members on which applicant(s) will be awarded a Dream Outdoor Experience.
